"The Veyron"

The Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 is a mid-engine grand touring car produced by Bugatti headquarters in Château St Jean in Molsheim (Alsace, France). It is named after French racing driver Pierre Veyron, who won the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1939 while racing for the original Bugatti company. 133 examples of the Veyron are known to have been built since production began. There will be a total of 300 built. All the Veyron editions contribute to the 300 being built. The editions that are contributing are the Veyron, Veyron 16.4, Pur Sang, Hermes Edition, Sang Noir, Targa, Vincero, and the Bleu Cenetaire. It will be replaced with the Grand Sport, which is essentially a Veyron Convertible. This is the world fastest car. Eleven years ago, I was lucky enough to road test the McLaren F1. We spent two days on road and runway, during which time it got from rest to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds, and to 200 mph in 28 seconds. I ran out of nerve at an independently timed 211 mph, long before its mighty 6.1-liter V12 engine ran out of urge

"Something Extravagant"

The Pagani Zonda is a mid-engined sports car produced by Pagani in Italy. It debuted in 1999 and continues through the present, with production proceeding at roughly 10 cars per year. As of September, 2008, 95 Zondas had been built. Both 2-seat coupe and convertible versions have been produced. Construction is mainly of carbon fibre. Some early Zonda engineering was done by Formula One champion, Juan Manuel Fangio. The car was originally to be named for him, the "Fangio F1", but the name was changed upon his death in 1995, renamed after an air current above Argentina. The C12 debuted at the 1999 Geneva Motor Show. It was powered by a model 190.3344 L 5987 cc (365 cu in) Mercedes-Benz M120 V12 engine and could reach speeds of 210 mph (340 km/h). The engine produces 408 PS (402 hp/300 kW) at 5200 rpm and 421 lb·ft (571 N·m) at 3800 rpm.Just five of the original 6.0 L Zondas were built, though it was still available in 2002 when the C12 S debuted. One was used for crash testing, while another was a demonstrator and show car. The rest were delivered to customers over the next three years, priced at US$320,000. The C12 could accelerate to 60 mph (97 km/h) in 4.2 seconds and hit 100 mph (160 km/h) in 8.2 seconds. Acceleration through the quarter mile was 12.1 seconds at 124 mph (200 km/h). Lateral acceleration on the skidpad was 0.93 g, and the car could brake from 60 mph (97 km/h) in 110 feet (34 m).

"Interesting News"

At least 125 others were wounded when the bombers struck the Kadhimiya neighborhood on Friday, the Muslim day of prayer, near the shrine of Imam Musa al-Kadhim. It is one of the holiest shrines in the Shia sect of Islam. Many of the dead and wounded were Iranian pilgrims, an Interior Ministry official said. Iraqi State TV reported that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has ordered an investigation into the attacks. Friday's bombings were the third attack on the Kadhimiya neighborhood this month. It comes after the deadliest day in Iraq this year, Thursday, when 87 people were killed. Most of the 87 were killed in a bombing in Diyala province in which 55 died, and an attack in Baghdad that killed 28.

I think that the war should end in every world.

"What are you looking forward to?"

1. I am looking forward to make money and become a pilot.
2. I am doing good in school work so after college i get a good job.
3. The thing interesting about being a pilot is, it depends entirely upon the airline you work for. The airline I'm familiar with starts junior pilots out at a minimum of $2700 per month and senior pilots can make in the neighborhood of $15,000 per month based on 90 hours of flying. Until the recent economic crunch in the airline industry, senior pilots at some major airlines were making in excess of $300 per hour.

Soccer is life!!

Association football, more commonly known as football or soccer, is a team sport played between two teams of eleven players, and is widely considered to be the most popular sport in the world. It is a football variant played on a rectangular grass or artificial turf field, with a goal in the centre of each of the short ends. The object of the game is to score by manoeuvring the ball into the opposing goal. In general play, the goalkeepers are the only players allowed to use their hands or arms to propel the ball; the rest of the team usually use their feet to kick the ball into position, occasionally using their torso or head to intercept a ball in midair. The team that scores the most goals by the end of the match wins. If the score is tied at the end of the game, either a draw is declared or the game goes into extra time and/or a penalty shootout, depending on the format of the competition.

Something Small- The world's smallest phone.

We have seen the race for the slimmest phone with entrants from Motorola, Samsung and NEC though the war still wages on, here we have the world's smallest phone and surely it is going to be there for quite some time. The Xun Chi 138 is a GSM with bar form factor it measures only 67 mm 2.64 inches in length a bit longer than the AA battery and weighs only 55 grams. If you thought this was impressive I am sure you will be blown away when you check out what this baby packs inside. As with the tiny size it is impossible for a keypad so the Xun Chi 138 has touchscreen with handwriting recognition and support for 260k colors. The manufacturer has still found space to squeeze in a 1.3 Megapixel camera actually VGA but interpolated to 1.3 Megapixel, USB port, WAP, GPRS, MP3 player and 138 MB of onboard memory. Maybe the next model will have a Mini SD card slot and bluetooth.

Something Strange!!

The strange thing i find about society is that, when there is traffic they call it rush hour. I find it strange to call it rush hour if no one can rush go anywhere because they are in traffic. According to http://www.dictionary.com/ Rush hour is a time of day in which large numbers of people are in transit, as going to or returning from work, and that is characterized by particularly heavy traffic.

Something New!

BMW presented the racing version of the new BMW M3 at the Chicago Auto Show. Powered by a 485 bhp eight cylinder engine, this impressive race car has been designed to compete in the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) beginning in 2009. The car is based on the fourth generation of the BMW M3, the high-performance sports car produced by BMW M GmbH. BMW's 2009 entry into the American Le Mans Series will be driven by a partnership between BMW of North America, LLC and Rahal Letterman Racing, co-owned by US motorsport legend Bobby Rahal. With the sporting genes of the production BMW M3 being clearly evident, developing a racing version of the car was the next logical step. The fact that the road-going vehicle is fitted with a V8 engine as standard provided us with an ideal base. However, the BMW M3 is more than a race car, it has achieved legendary status amongst race fans across the globe. I am convinced that this unique story of the BMW M3 racing cars will now be expanded upon by the addition of further chapters.

Interesting News Article.

http://go-jamaica.com/news/read_article.php?id=7687

According to the artilce from jamaicagleaner.com, I think that Pusey should not be sentence for the murder because Peter King was a homosexual who sexually abused people when they visited his house. I think that they should do more investigation of the murder because Pusey had some defensive wounds to show that he was attacked also. Jamaica Police service should look deeper into this case.
